Account & Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Google Play's User Data policy and international data protection laws (GDPR/CCPA), players of Teqball Rally can request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated gameplay data.

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can delete your account and wipe all stored data immediately from inside the game without submitting a request:

Open Teqball Rally on your device.
Tap SETTINGS on the title screen.
Select Legal & Privacy.
Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm your choice.

This immediately removes your account from the leaderboards, disbands or leaves your clubs, and deletes your local save file.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit your 8-character Player ID code (visible on your in-game profile card) to request manual deletion:

What Data Is Deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request:

Player Identity & Profile: Nickname, unique player token, and account record are permanently purged from the server database.
Leaderboard Entries: Your scores, trophies, and rank are permanently removed from all global and regional leaderboards.
Club Memberships: You are removed from all clubs (if you are the owner, ownership is transferred or the club is disbanded).
Friend Links: All mutual friend connections are deleted.

Data Retention Timeline

In-app deletions are executed instantaneously. Web requests sent by email are processed and confirmed within 48 hours.
