Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Teqball Rally mobile application (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on mobile devices you own or control.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

• Virtual Currency & Items: The Game may allow you to acquire virtual currency (Coins) or virtual items (such as The Arena venue unlock). These items are licensed, not sold, to you.
• No Real-World Value: Virtual items have no monetary value in the real world and cannot be redeemed for real currency or monetary value from us or any third party.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

3. Online Code of Conduct & Fair Play

When participating in online multiplayer matches, club rosters, or public leaderboards, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair gameplay advantage.
• Submit offensive, defamatory, hateful, or abusive nicknames or club names.
• Disrupt the multiplayer relay servers or intentionally interfere with other players' connections.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or reset accounts found in violation of Fair Play guidelines.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from minor graphical or network glitches.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of Teqball Rally be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Game.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
